Registration for N-TET 2026

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will conduct the 6th edition of Nagaland Teacher Eligibility Test (N-TET) on 21-11-2026 (Saturday). The detailed information containing details of examination, syllabus, eligibility criteria, examination fees and important dates are provided in the Guideline and Syllabus document file. Both pre-service and in-service teachers are requested to download the information Bulletin provided below and read the same carefully before applying. The online application process will start from 01/08/2026. The last date for submitting online application is 31/08/2026.

No applications will be entertained after the last date.

Note: 

Regarding conduct of Secondary Level TET ie., for classes 9-12, it is hereby informed to all concerned that SCERT Nagaland is awaiting the guidelines/directions from NCTE with respect to eligibility, syllabus and modalities for Secondary Level. Upon receipt of the same, necessary action will be initiated to conduct Secondary Level TET in due course of time.
Non-indigenous candidates already in-service in Nagaland may apply with PRC/Colony Chairman Residence Certificate
