National Achievement Survey(NAS)
As directed by the MHRD, GoI the National Achievement Survey (NAS) basing on the learning outcome of the students for classes 3, 5 & 8 was conducted by the SCERT in association with the SSA on 13th November 2017 along with the rest of the country. The SCERT was the implementing agency for the survey while the SSA was the monitoring and funding agency. The data of the survey was analyzed at the National level and the District Report Cards (DRCs) was released on 15th January 2018 by the Hon’ble Union Minister for Human Resource Development. The DRCs contains many sections including section indicating the lowest performing areas in learning outcome.
